            Hello my name is ************************* and I am filing this complaint in regards to my 2021 ****** RAV 4 XLE HYBRID I purchased from ********************* of ******* , I brought it up to ****** corporate attention which they notified the dealership to look into what was going on . After lot of time the dealership contacted me and notified me of the evidence they have found to the problem , To what the issues was and it was I had gotten my windshield replaced from a local business in ******** called Wind-Tech Autoglass LLC. Who I then Notified about what had occurred and the dealership has linked the problem that occurred Into my engine wiring harness gone bad which they have quoted about ****** dollars to fix on brand new car that I purchased and still making payments on. I notified the windshield company who did the work and because of who the damaged resulted in wiring harness gone bad because of leaky windshield and the workmanship of the company and water getting into my engine compartments . The windshield company individual by name of ***. As he goes by stopped by the dealership today and has taken accountability for the damage he has caused and customer service relations manager at ******************************** and was told he will be talking to his insurance to cover this cost of ****** dollars that resulted in loss of engine wiring harness because of the windshield he installed and leaked water into it .My reason for filing this complaint is I need to make sure he keeps his words because the evidence that ****** corporate and dealership provided is directly linked to a leaky windshield dripping water in my engine wiring harness that is now resulted in ****** dollars of damage . This has caused me depression and anxiety and loss of work days to name few I need the company and *********************** to pay for all the damage it has caused and be accountable for this as he promised in the dealership and thats the resolution I am seeking in this case and cover $****** damage

            Wind-Tech did a great job replacing my Jeep Wrangler windshield. They worked around my chaotic schedule. The installer was professional and personable, and I'm confident the job was done right the first time.
