    I received bad service from *** ***** -- tried to upsell me, then did unauthorized work and expected me to pay for it, did some shoddy work that another person needed to fix. I left a bad review on Yelp, and the owner then dox'd me there, posting personal information about my service on the website. There was also a call from the company at my home immediately after the honest and negative review went. Basically, the company is run by a creep.

    We encourage you to read our exchanges with ***** on Yelp and ******* but here are some factual corrections to his reviews

    We sent ***** a welcome letter after his first visit and mailed him nothing else since. Weve sent two emails to our full client list (including *****) in the month since his visit.  If youd like to see the brochure we included with his letter its at *************************************************************************.

    We leave a pre-stamped Comment Card in each vehicle after service. We do not say, imply, or pretend that our feedback cards are anonymous in any way. If youd like to see the results of over ****** Comment Cards (and the card itself) its at ***************************************************************.

    We did not try to upcharge him; in fact, our Advisors are all non-commissioned to prevent any upcharges at all. If youd like more details, go to ************************************************************************************************************.

    We replied to the specific issues of *********** and ****** reviews without any identifying details and using his first name throughout. By making his ****** review under his full name he gave far more information than we ever did.  His reviews are available in their native habitats, or you can find ALL our bad reviews in one place at *********************************************************************************

    NO ONE has called *****'s house or attempted to contact him at all since his visit.

    Were a little hesitant to reply to this BBB review given our experience with *************** far, but we cant just ignore his accusations.  Our 40-year reputation testifies to our professionalism, integrity, and service, and client satisfaction is our number one goal.  If ***** had called us to complain (or used the Comment Card he grumbled about) we likely would have refunded his money and parted ways, but now were left to argue on review sites.  Of course we make mistakes and when we do we own up to them, but we wont pretend responsibility for unfounded accusations and slurs. 

    If ***** replies here well give him the last word as we did on Yelp and ******.  But if YOU have any questions on this or any other subject, please give us a call.  Wed love the opportunity to show you, personally, just how wrong ***** is.
