    On July 5 Crabtree auto treated our vehicle for a hose replacement. Our car overheated the day before on our way back to ********** and we had it towed to their shop and left overnight. In the morning we confirmed that they had the vehicle we told them it was wrong with it. They told us they would get back to us. He called again in the afternoon to confirm what was wrong with it before they started the repair work. If you hours later, they had it done and total was $640.86. we went to pick it up because they had confirmed that it was no longer overheating after driving it however, when we were leaving the parking lot it started overheating again, we returned, and they took the car back in after we reported the overheating. A little while later the manager came out and apologized and said that they never drove the vehicle after servicing it even though they told us that they had, and it only had idled in the shop, we requested a refund in two different platforms on their website, and they never replied to us. Their negligence could have caused a serious accident if not worse as we were driving with our two little kids in the backseat.

    was going to give them a chance . needed valve cover replacement on 328i **** they were going to be home town plus a few hundred lower than the dealership quote, I wish i could give you exact numbers but they are unwilling to send me the first quote. 15 minutes before the appointment they called and said they made a mistake by not adding a valve cover (huh).So now my quote is more than the dealership (have not seen that before) thats generally why they are a **********************.

    We take full responsibility for not catching the fact that your *** had a plastic valve cover.  This was something our more experienced Service Writer caught before you came in.  We immediately called you to inform you of the price difference.  The problem with being unable to resend you the original estimate is that our system updates immediate when changes are made.  We are not the cheapest shop in town but we strive to provide the best service and have the best tooling to back all that up.  I apologize that we could not earn your business and that the plastic valve cover was missed by the original Service Writer.  If you ever change your mind we would love to win your trust again.
