Complaint: I took my car in for an oil change they drained the oil and did not fill it back up- i was advised that there is no issues after driving with no oil for a few weeks- I took my car to another shop where I was told I need a new Head Gasket- I got in contact with VW corporate and I was told that VW is declining to fix the problem caused by them not adding oil to my car.I am now seeking legal advise.

Desired Settlement: All I am asking for is VW to take responsibility for what they did and replace the head gasket.

Business Response: I spoke with the customer over the phone. I told him that we would repair any damage, if any, caused by our mistake of not putting oil back in the vehicle. We have tested the car, and are asking him to drive it for 1,000 miles, so we are sure no damage has been done. 
The head gasket cannot be damaged due to lack of oil. Head gaskets are a coolant issue. I will refund his money, and will pay for any damage, if any, to the engine due to our mistake.
He will have to pay for a new head gasket. I will offer a discount for his trouble.
