            I purchased a new vehicle from Carter in August 2019 and I was sold a prepaid VW Care Maintenance plan for three years. The plan, I was told, was valid at any VW authorized service center. On 11/01/2022 I scheduled an appointment for service at *************, but they were too busy to take me right away, so I took the soonest appointment on 11/18/2022. When I arrived to my appointment, I was told I had to pay for the service out of pocket because my maintenance plan expired on 11/04. They suggested I called the Carter, since they sold me the plan. I called, but they said they could not help me. The service agent that answer my call said that he was going to have a sales person call me back, but that never happen.The finance guy that sold me the plan said nothing about an expiration date, and I made my appointment as soon as the service message showed on my dashboard.
