              I purchased a 2016 Tiguan from AutoNation Volkswagen. It has a warped axle. It was either not noticed in the pre-purchase exam, or was noticed and ignored- Im not sure whats worse. After writing a review on ********* I was told the ** wanted to talk to me and was given a number for Volkswagens phone tree. I talked to someone who said the managers were all busy but was assured someone would call back by the end of the day or the next day. That was two weeks ago.

              I recently purchased a 2016 Tiguan from Volkswagen AutoNation. The sale part of it was very fast (too fast?) and smooth, everything that came after the sale has been a struggle. The car I bought has a warped axle, which means that either it was missed in the pre-purchase inspection or was noticed and ignored. I'm not sure which is worse. I was told they didn't find anything on the inspection and the car could go out the door that day, and since then I'm not convinced an inspection was done for multiple reasons. I've been on the phone with 6 different people that have assured me that a manager would call me back. Crickets. It speaks to the integrity of this dealership- I trusted that the car I took out a large loan for would be at least have the basics like straight axels covered. Commumication with anyone that can make decisions is absolutely nonexistent. This was my first purchase from an auto dealership, and it's been an extremely frustrating experience.
