Problems with Product/Service

Complaint: 3 months ago I had a service done to replace a part under my car, when they changed that part they also fixed or changed my grill (pictures could prove the difference) but they claim they didn't touch it when i went back yesterday because part of the grill and the part that fixed started to come off the part they fixed they placed back in its place but one side of the grill came off while I was driving and that was the part that was coverings my water tank now due to the grill coming off there is visible damage to my water tank and missing grill piece. They also claim it's due to my unaligned bumper because they never touched the grill which also means they neglected to inform me 3 months ago when I had the service done and they were supposed to do an inspection of the vehicle and inform me that it was not aligned.
Desired Settlement: I would like for them to take accountability for the lack of information, and not placing or fixing the car properly and whoever worked on my car to be reprimanded. And my car fixed. My life was in danger if that piece would have gotten stuck on my tires while I was driving or even worse my bumper falling off while driving. I trust Volkswagon and I only go to the dealer for Service since I came to Seattle I'm disappointed. And dissatisfied.
