    Bought a brand new car and have had problems with it since we got it. The fuel has to be over a 1/4 tank or it wont start up if we are parked on a hill and its a 2023 atlas thats ***** dollars. It has broken down 3 times and they had to change out the fuel pump because of this and told us not to have the gas low . I have never had a car like this. And when they did this months later I was cleaning my car and found huge screws that belong to the seat that they forgot to put back so I have been driving around with my SON in a car that is UNSAFE and I was just in a horrible accident so if it would of been this car it could of been serious! I dont feel safe at all and they arent even fixing it for a week!!!!! And I have had multiple problems and it only has 6000 miles on it . I have been I. The phone with there people and they gave me the run around and said they couldnt do anything but then this happened with the screws and my safety and I am done with this company and car!!!!I need assistance please and thank you

    ****************** is a joke. Did not buy a car from them but have had my car serviced there since 2016. Before last visit, the experience was acceptable (a few issues that were corrected when asked). Last visit was a definition of an excuse-filled circus show that would infuriate even the most patient human being on earth. Brought car in for major oil leak repair and regular maintenance. Six days later, neither task was fully completed. Leak is still there and only a few maintenance items were done due to tech being at another shop or not having parts like brake fluid, etc. During the service - almost zero status updates from service advisor (I had to call myself to find out whats going on). Was billed $1700 and still have an un-drivable car sitting at home now. Overcharged me by including an item that had not been performed and then could not refund when I brought it up to their attention at pickup. Even the Manager was clueless how to process a refund. Staff was the most incompetent Id ever dealt with. They could not answer any questions when asked about my car status - diagnostics, repairs, parts, cost estimate, recommendations, etc. After taking car home, I tried calling the place for 3 days in a row trying to talk to someone about poor service. Asked for manager to call me. ZERO response. No other way to contact. They never learned about the basics of customer service and simply do not care about you. Most worthless ****************** in history. Do not go there.
