The Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics program was created to publicly recognize business and charities that insist on exceptionally high standards of behavior. BBB’s Customer Service Excellence Award was added to the Torch Award program five years ago to recognize individuals who go above and beyond in their customer service activities.
