Fraudulent Business Practices regarding Charge to Tow a vehicle. The charge quoted at time of calling into the business for a tow quote ended in charges of over $100+ additional fees for the use of a credit card once the tow driver dropped at the dealership. The Original quote was for $225 and upon arrival at the dealership where I had waited for hours for them to tow 45 miles, the owner then stated the charges were going to be $325 plus 5%....It appeared they preferred cash as to likely under report earnings. Not to mention the tow was a secondary pull behind ground tow. If I had been told that was going to be the case I would have certainly never allowed my vehicle to be drug behind the tow truck instead of onboard! Furthermore, I will also pursue notifying the agency responsible for issue of their respective business license to lodge a formal complaint of their practices as well. Misrepresentation of how you conduct business is a shameful and illegal way to do business and this owner can be assured never to be spoken of in any high regard. For the protection of others, I am going to be sure to let all who I can know how they operate. MD
