    We booked here via the phone back in the beginning of the year. We had previously stayed there two years ago and loved it. We book Tower 2 - Room 1003 - which is a 3 bedroom unit. We arrived late on May 19th (due to flights being changed) it was approximately 11 pm - checked in - went to the room and I thought I would die. I have never been so disgusted in my life. We just spent $3000 on a room I was afraid to lay my head down to rest in. Let me go room by room - see attached pictures for the room we paid almost $3000 for. First I spent hours in the office that night speaking with the night employee who told me he would have died if he had rented that room and got what we did. However he said there were NO more available 3 bedrooms - I said we will take a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom as long as it is clean - he again stated there were none available. I said well I can't go to another hotel until I have a full refund of my money since you can't accommodate us, he said I understand but there wasn't a manager available until the next day. He advised me that he would have a manager contact me as soon as they came in which would be 9 in the morning. I told him I didn't want to have to go through this whole matter again, he assured me I wouldn't - so I leave the office at 3 in the morning and go back to the room - I go to lay down in the bed as I am exhausted and it was full of sand - sheets hadn't been changed just the bed made up - I was again furious. The same bed literally sounded and felt like it was going to fall into two pieces. - However, I waited the next morning for the 9 am Manager Phone call that I never got, so I called the office, they said she was busy and to leave a name and number and she would call me back - so I did (again) - 11/12 in the afternoon still no call - is I called the front office again, I was again told manager was busy and the lady asked what the call was regarding, I said look at my info on the computer I am NOT going thru this

    We had a family vacation planned with over 70 people coming reserved our condo a year ahead of time and a day and a half before were supposed to arrive they call us and tell us that her condo was sold and they have nothing else available except 8 miles down the road. I have 70 family members staying at this resort why would I ever want to stay down the road I have completely ruined her family vacation I hope they realize what I've done.
