              August 5,2023 I brought my 13 year old dog to the Mushawaka Emergency ********** due to him vomiting. They performed x-ray and determined that he had a blockage in his intestines and needed emergency surgery or he would die in 1-2 days. After hearing that news, my options were to have him euthanized, let him die in pain or agree to surgery. I decided based off the clinic's options to go forward with surgery and they immediately took my credit card payment. The next day when I called to get status, the vet apologized for the **ray technician's error and explained that certain textures don't show up on **rays. During the surgery, when his intestines were cut open, there was nothing there. I understand that we all make mistakes but as a customer, I am not financially responsible for a businesses mistake and should be refunded fully immediately.

              Took my dog there because he was limping and one of his toes were swollen. They took X-rays and ended up finding a ccl tear. I spent $830 that day including the pail meds. They didnt do anything for the swollen toe , so when I took him back there a day later because the toe has swollen three times as much. even though I brought him in for the initial thing. They wouldnt do anything besides ask for more money for a problem they did nothing to help

              ********************** returned to our ********* facility and spoke with our medical director along with an updated treatment plan for Nipsy.  Our hope is that the issue has been resolved.  We hope that ********************** will reach out directly to our ********* leadership team with any further concerns.
