            I purchased a solenoid pack online from amazon for my 2010 **** Explorer so I can take to Atlas Transmission Repair, **********************************************************************. I spoke to *** and he scheduled my for an appointment. On January 21, 2022 i brang my explore to have him exchange it.. When *** was performing andd servicing my vehicle, he told me that the solenoid pack I bought to him to exchange was used. I called amazon to verify it and amazon said it was brand new. He then tried to tell me that I needed a complete rebuild of my transmission and it would cost $2500. He scammed me out the labor cost of $248. If I was a new customer and needed his service i would run away!! Please do not trust him because he is untruthful and dishonest.

            ************. Upon dropping the pan on your vehicles transmission I personally showed you all the debris in the pan and on the magnet. I told you at that point the solenoid pack would not fix your problem and installing your supplied solenoid pack would be a waste of your money. You still wanted it installed. I also showed you why I felt your ****** solenoid pack was used. When a new solenoid pack comes in the baggie it will have clean bright red/pink fluid in the baggie from testing. The solenoid pack you brought me was dirty as well as was the fluid that accompanied the solenoid pack in the baggie.Sorry I couldn't fix your problem but I didn't force you to spend the money and in fact, told you, you would be wasting your money at that point. Your friend that was with you heard me explain all this to you Regards Atlas transmission
