            The ** we purchased on 6-8-2023 now needs several thousand dollars of work to the steering. I have put about 50 miles on it. I drove it from the dealer to ******** spring and alignment as ************ near my house could not work on any steering or alignment issues. Several email have been sent but unanswered. ************************* <******************>Attachments Wed, Jul 12, 8:02?AM (12 days ago)to Lazydays, bcc: ***** Very unsatisfied with how I have been treated. We purchased an ** on 6-8. I understand that our purchase was not the most expensive, but it's our dream **. I drove it home and noticed that it was handling strangely. Knowing I have a full coverage extended warranty and can take it anywhere, I called my local ** dealer. Yours is over one hour away. When I spoke with them, they stated that a local place is where they send out alignment stuff. I made an appointment, and they found about ******* dollars of work that needed to be done. I gave them the warranty info, and they started processing a warranty claim. I did contact lazy days to let them know the ** needed work. I only put 60 miles on it from the day I bought it. The warranty was denied as they said I did not have coverage. Knowing that I asked for full coverage and the brochure that was covered with us had that coverage, I assumed it was a simple mistake. I then spoke with **** at the dealership, and so many were off due to the holiday it was problematic to get any answers. I then received a call from the general manager, who said it is what it was and they would be willing to look at the ** if I got it back. I do not have the ******* to cover the tow, and I was never given an answer about why I was told something different than my paperwork says. It should be easy to figure out what coverage I was charged for. I asked the general manager if the parts that needed to be fixed were inspected before the sale; he stated no, that the miles were so low it was not required. Then he reminded me I had signed an as-is document and he would give it a courtesy check if I got the ** to him. That led me to believe that he would take the ** to look at it and then charge me for the repairs. I then got heated as I was made to feel like he knew there was stuff wrong with the **; they were unwilling to figure out if the warranty was wrong. I now have to pay for the repairs out of pocket because I was lied to. I am actively seeking a better-extended warranty because the one I paid for with you does not cover what I was told it would. What can you do about this? The dealer stated they would refund my extended warranty, but I would rather have the warranty I paid for and get the ** fixed under it as it should. The ** should not have been sold with this amount of work that needed to be done. My sales order number is.******* I paid ******* for the extended warranty
