Purchased a 2020 DRV in September 2019 from *****************************************. We full time RV, in ************ the front jacks fully collapsed, we wintered in ******* **, the living room A/C throws error code E7, bathroom fan closes on its own sometimes several times at a time, door side living room slide tears the rubber seal off. I have fixed several issues myself. We spent a total of 13 days at ************* in March 2020, couldnt fix everything. July and August spent 42 days in ***** and ************* ** waiting on RV parts ordered by ************************* RV that never showed up. Made arrangements with ****************** in **** ** to have trailer fixed spent 7 days in November and DRVs are the only trailer they work on. We have spent nights in motels and spent over $1600 on RV parks waiting on parts Everything Ive mentioned is and was under warranty. We wrote a check for the full amount of the trailer and expect a full functioning unit. I sent ********************* an email on 03/21/2022 explaining everything. We dont care where we take this to get it fixed we just want it fixed, I have to re-level the trailer about every 3 weeks, we were told to turn off the electric hot water heater and the A/C would stop throwing a code still throws a code. We dont want to take legal action against DRV we just want a trailer that is fixed. We never received any paper work from ****** repair or ******************. Thank you
