Had annual eye exam on 9/21/22. Cataracts not yet ready to be operated on so asked if I could order new updated pair of contact lenses. I paid for my appt in amount of $105.54. Stated that the contact lens person was not in so "*****" would contact me 9/22/22. Not sure if she did call or I contacted them on 9/22. Took my order over the phone and stated insurance would pay $150 of the $160 cost and that I would owe $12, which I provided CC info over the phone ( my bank only took out $10.80, so they may owe me a refund of $1.20 even). I also asked them to send me a receipt as I had used HSA monies and had to show proof, for tax purposes. Stated no problem and would make it very detailed. Stated they would contact me when they came in which would be **** days. Contacted Boling's on Wednesday 10/12/22, to inquire on status of contacts. (haven't received copy of receipt yet either). She stated saw that they had been ordered and was unable to reach anyone in optical ***** would have them give a call back. Now 10/14/22, made another call, ****** stated didn't know why they didn't return call. Stated same, contacts had been ordered. Stated she would send urgent message and have them return call. It is now 3:30p on 10/14/22, they close at 2p and no follow up phone call to report on status of Contact lenses. Would appreciate call back re: status of the Contacts.
