Van Ristovski is branch manager at TruLoan Mortgage located in Crown Point, Indiana.  He has close to 20 Years of experience in the mortgage industry and is recognized as a top producing Mortgage Specialist nationally.  Van was recruited to 1st Metropolitan Mortgage in April of 2006 and from there has stayed with 1st Metropolitan Mortgage as they transferred to Brightgreen Home Loans, Inc. in the banking industry.  He was recruited by AmeriFirst Home Mortgage in 2011 and worked with AmeriFirst Home Mortgage until 2015.  From 2015 to 2019 he was a branch manager for Mi Mutual Mortgage.

He was recently recruited by TruLoan Mortgage  which is a strong, solid, and successful company that has been in the Mortgage Banking industry for over 27 years.  He focuses on establishing a relationship with his clients rather then a business arrangement.  Van is always educating his clients to understand what is involved in the mortgage loan process and takes his time to make sure that they are placed in the best loan program to meet their needs.

Van Ristovski was born and raised in Merrillville, Indiana and attended Merrillville High School class of 1995.  After High School Van Ristovski attended Purdue University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 2000.  From college he obtained his real estate license and mortgage loan officer’s license.  Van started to work as a loan officer and quickly climbed the corporate ladder.  Within in a couple years Van obtained an assistant branch manager position and later moved on to becoming a branch manager.  Van has learned and mastered and still is actively taking classes to be up to date on the mortgage industry.  He has taken courses on Understanding FHA Loans, Principles of Mortgage Origination, 101 Essential of Mortgage Lending, and the Mortgage One Course.  These are a partial list of courses that Van has taken and passed with excellent scores.  Van Ristovski has also received the 2008 Metrocircle Award.  This award is given to the Branch Manager who obtained excellent Leadership Achievement.  Van Ristovski was also ranked one of the top ten branches for 2009 with Brightgreen Home Loans, Inc.  Van Ristovski has also been top ten producer for AmeriFirst Home Mortgage several months.  He was also in the presidents club for Mi Mutual Mortgage.

Van Ristovski is a big part in his community as he is actively on the board at his church St. Peter and Paul Cathedral.  He is also part of the local chamber of commerce and the local Better Business Bureau with a A+ rating.  He also enjoy going on charity rides with his Harley Davidson.
