We closed on a new house construction giving hallmark close to $90,000. ******************* ************* disappeared, no one can contact them. Hallmark now want to keep our down payment, they have to the construction ** 10% of our money and they refused to give us that money back. Your client knows they have made a serious error in judgement. They looked the other way and enabled these awful people to steel our hard-earned money with no intention of building our home. Lenders are supposed to verify a builders financials and history before allowing them to engage in one of the most important financial transactions you can make. The return of the relators commission $19,697.94 as Hallmark was negligent in allowing them to take that from our downpayment at closing.We are willing to sign a document releasing Hallmark Home Mortgage as a company, however-not ***********************************, Lawyers Title, ***********************************, SteelX and any of its employees.
