    I purchased a sectional from Indiana Furniture on August 22, 2022 and payed a total of $3,044.25. The furniture is already discolored, piling, the cushions are flat, and the top of the ottoman is displaced. I called and talked to our sales person, *************************. ****** said his manager would only give us an $1,800 store credit. I told ************** was not happy with that and on two separate occasions I had asked to speak with a manager. The second time I asked for a manager, I was told that would not happen. I also purchased their extended warranty, but they would not honor that either. This store is very unprofessional and greatly lacking in customer service. Apparently the managers can't even talk to customers to resolve an issue.

    We'll never do business with this company again! We purchased living room furniture in Mar 2022 and it was delivered in Sept 2022. Our sales person lied to us on the delivery process stating we would receive our furniture in 2 weeks, **** But then we kept receiving calls that our delivery date was pushed back. After arguing with our sales person about lying, we were referred to speak with the manager. She was responsive to us, but uncaring that we said we wouldn't buy from them if we had to wait a long time for it to be delivered. Still, the delivery date was getting pushed further and further. She said we would receive it in Jan 2023, and at that point we asked for the order to be cancelled and provide a full refund of our hefty down payment. Miraculously, they were able to secure a Sept delivery date but still offered no compensation for all of our troubles. Both of the pieces in our order arrived with defects. Our loveseat had a pen **** on it which lead us to believe we received a floor model when we paid full price. The tech did offer to fix the defects. We were originally told to wait for the new parts to arrive, and they would come to our house to swap out the defective parts with the new parts. 11mo pass by and we received a POST CARD in Aug 2023 stating our parts have arrived and to CALL THEM asap. When we spoke to the tech, he stated that they received our fabric and that we need to schedule for our defective parts to be picked up and brought back to their facility to be reupholstered. We were confused as that was not the agreement. He said we misunderstood. Then his story changed that they decided to reupholster vs order new parts. None of this was mentioned to us within those 11mo of waiting to hear from them. We never responded to them about picking up our defective furniture parts as we completely lost trust in their word. They randomly sent us 2 boxes of materials without warning. Horrible customer *********************** ALL AROUND! Buyer beware!

    Customer ***** did not *********** model, it was sent by the factory with the above issues that we were trying to rectify. They did not answer the phone when called, so we shipped the parts to them in an effort to fix the situation. We have offered to repair in their home and would do so, but they've declined to let us.
