Programs

Community Transportation Network (CTN) is a unique nonprofit agency, which provides and coordinates existing transportation resources and develops resources for the expansion of transportation services for all transit-dependent populations including seniors, persons with disabilities, youth and persons with low incomes. These populations often need specialized service beyond what Citilink can provide with mass transit. Drivers provide door-through-door assistance and schedules are modified to accommodate the trip demands. CTN also brokers and coordinates with other providers to enhance efficiencies and purchasing power.

CTN offers several transportation services. The largest is an affordable and dependable Medical Transportation program primarily for seniors and persons with disabilities operating Monday-Saturday including evenings. Another service offers transportation support to other human service agencies for non-medical program support to clients, which makes better use of transportation resources. CTN also offers Information and Referral service to assist individuals to find the appropriate transportation service to met their needs.

Transportation is a lifeline. Without it, individuals cannot reach medical and other resources.
