Programs Community Transportation Network (CTN) is a unique nonprofit agency, which provides and coordinates existing transportation resources and develops resources for the expansion of transportation services for all transit-dependent populations including seniors, persons with disabilities, youth and persons with low incomes. These populations often need specialized service beyond what Citilink can provide with mass transit. Drivers provide door-through-door assistance and schedules are modified to accommodate the trip demands.
