There are seven major service divisions provided by Catholic Charities. Which include: Pregnancy, Adoption, and Foster Care; Children's Services, Counseling, Community Services; Refugee Resettlement and Immigration Services; and Older Adult Services.

Pregnancy, Adoption and Foster Care Services division offers the following programs: Pregnancy counseling, ECHO (Education Creates Hope and Opportunity), Adoption Services, Permanency Placement Services, Post Finalization Services, and Foster Care Services.

Children's Services division offers the following programs: Children's Cottage, and Circle of Mercy.

Counseling division offers the following programs: Professional Counseling Services, School Based Counseling, and Project Rachel.

Community Services division offers the following programs: Food Pantry (located in South Bend), Community Center of Caring Food Pantry (located in Auburn), and Medical Translation Program.

Refugee Resettlement & Immigration Services division offers the following programs: Refugee Resettlement, Job Placement Services, Refugee Health Services, Extended Case Management, Refugee ESL Services, Refugee Core Services, Matching Grant Program, and Immigration Services.

Older Adult Services division offers the following programs: Villa of the Woods, Retried Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) and Senior Service Aides Program.
