      December 13, 2021, I had a water weak from a humidifier in my foyer area. The water most likely sat there for 12 hours, causing my floor to swell and was damaged. Service Master's were at my house within an hour, bless their hearts. Monroe had the first investigation on the December 15 to get size of rooms since all the flooring is connected together. This damaged affected a bathroom, foyer, laundry room, kitchen, stairs and upstairs foyer area. I received a call they were turning this information into the insurance, and we would set up an appointment. February 2,2022, Monroe came to my house, they explained all the cost and area that will be replaced, I decided on the type, color of the flooring. I was told It would take a couple of weeks then we would schedule the install. It was delivered to me, placed all over my garage April 14. My son and myself had to move it so we could get into the house, the front door had to be blocked. May 2, approximately at 6:30 I was told they would be at my house the next day, in which I had to move everything in those rooms to my living room. No advance notice!! May3, they came to the house while I was at work, when I got home (2:00) they were a third done. They were rude and disrespectful. May 3 they came back, but could not finish the job, left a mess in which I had to take my son to the ** to have a nail removed. They had to order more flooring to finish the job. Mid July they finished minus one piece of transition piece. Finally, January 2023 they placed the piece but I also told them I have a problem with the flooring. They have made no effort to communicate with me. This whole thing has been a nightmare. No Communication on their part, I have called, emailed and wrote to the office manager and owner with no response. Now I have damage floor on the stairs they warranty.
