I purchased a Continental Tire from Bosak Nissan on May 22, 2023. I had ran over an object on the interstate that destroyed my tire and Bosak was the closest business that I could find to purchase a new one. I went to Bosak with regret, after having bought a used car from them a few years ago and was told at the signing of the sales contract (nothing said until then) that i would have to pay $800 for a transport fee (after being told that it was a trade-in from a local buyer) and $300 for the alarm system that they had installed on the car, I assume because they were close to a high crime area. (I have alarms on my home and didn't need theirs) They eventually relented and sold me the car w/o the transport fee and alarm charge. After that, I vowed to never to do business with them again..Unforunatly, I was in a tight spot when I ran over the object on the interstate. I did file a BBB complaint on them after that. Check your files, I think these are the only 2 complaints I have filed, Back to my current issue. The tire I bought from them in May 2023 with ***** miles since then, tread depth is now at a "4" and I had 2 mechanics tell me that it should be replaced. So I went to the Bosk today, 2/15/2024 and in no particular order was told the following.1. That I had to prove that I had rotated the tires and had a wheel alignment since the purchase date. They told me that if the things had been done at Bosac that they would have a record of them. That I would need to get the documents before they would do anything.2. They asked if they had the tire I purchased or did they have to order it. (They had it)3. They said the car had excess milage, ***** in **** months. since the tire was installed 4. They told me that I should contact Continental to get it replaced.Bottom line, they would do nothing.Please help.Thank you,*********************
