Refund and Exchange Policy
An RGA Request Form must be filled out in order to return or exchange an item.
Request your RGA within 10 days of delivery in order to receive a full refund or in-store credit. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Request your RGA 11-30 days after delivery to receive an in-store credit, minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded.
No returns accepted after 30 days, unless it is a manufacturer's warranty claim. In that case we must abide by the manufacturer's warranty guidelines.
Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods, unless the error was made by us.
After receiving your RGA simply return the new, unused product in its original packaging. Special or custom orders, all electrical items, body parts, videos and publications are non-returnable. Once installed, parts or accessories of any kind cannot be returned unless you are making a manufacturer's warranty claim.
