Complaint: We were quoted 5-7 weeks for door installation. It has now been 15 weeks, and still no door, or any offers to compensate us for inconvenience. contract date:2/28/13. Quoted 5-7 weeks until installation. At 15 weeks, we have had 2 failed installations (one time they came with the wrong doors, the second time they canceled 2 days prior to installation because they STILL don't have the doors). I am paying $4500 for a door and I expect better than this. I'm tired of companies like this screwing over their customers.

Desired Settlement: I want them to discount this door heavily. We are NOT getting the service that we are paying for, I would have chosen a different company if I knew they would not follow through.

Business Response: Business' Initial Response
The customers were advised on the day of the sale that we have recently been experiencing major delays from this particular door manufacturer, though we still fully understand their frustration. The delays were due to circumstances beyond our control, precisely from the door manufacturer. The door has since been installed and Brothers did give customers a substantial credit for their inconvenience on installation day as is our norm.

BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved
