I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the continuous harassment and incompetence displayed by Culligan. Despite signing a contract, I have been bombarded with emails every day, sometimes multiple times, urging me to sign it again. I have reached out to the sales representative several times to address this issue, but she has bluntly refused to fix it. Additionally, my attempts to seek resolution through customer care have been met with further negligence.This persistent harassment is not acceptable and has set a negative tone for our new business relationship. If they cant and/or refuse to handle a simple task it concerns me and has caused me to have serious doubts about continuing to work with Culligan. Furthermore, I am deeply disappointed with the initial handling of the business relationship. ********'s lack of attention to detail, including spelling issues, price discrepancies, memory lapses, and failure to disclose important details, has been highly unprofessional and has further contributed to my dissatisfaction.Additionally, I need another sales person assigned to my account for the day followup as I will not work with ******** further.I urge Culligan to address these issues promptly and take necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future.
