Complaint: I have been contacting this company through emails and phone calls since Sept. 20, 2012 regarding the deck o drain installed at my home 1.5 years ago. I sent pictures of the defective drain and was told the concrete had "shrunk". ****** said someone would come out to check and correct the problem. No one has come out and my follow up emails and phone call have been ignored. I'm concerned that since this drain is just outside my back door that someone could get hurt. This company's prior work on our pool has been sloppy and subpar.

Desired Settlement: I would like the drain replaced or repaired to ensure that no one gets hurt.

Company service manager ****** was absolutely unaware of the case, and ****** was out sick today. She apologized, for the company having dropped the ball on this issue. ****** stated someone will contact the consumer to let her know they will be out to view the issue tomorrow.

Consumer's Final Response
No one has called to schedule a visit with us for 12/18, and since my husband and I both work a visit will have to be scheduled, they can't just show up. My husband and I would be happy to have these concerns addressed.

Our guy was there today to fix the expansion joint, and the consumer was present for the repair. She was satisfied with the repair.
