Complaint: Not even 2 years into owning my home and I have an issue with my roof which is allegedly a NEW ROOF! The drip edge is peeling off and is pushing the roof up. The only people who have even been on this roof are contractors for Service Champions and Bonney to repair the HVAC system. The alleged warranty is SO LIMITED it only covers a ******* HOLE IN THE ROOF!
Desired Settlement: Fix the drip edge and have it installed PROPERLY or this matter WILL be presented in court with my current case against MVV Homes. This roof was installed under an SHRA program.
