Complaint: Customer states that they were contacted by the company randomly back in February with a COD request for a welcome packet. Customer sent the check in and later found a charge in June for $294.00 unauthorized. Customer states that they used the check number to remove the money from the bank account. Customer contacted their bank to report it and they are looking into it for fraud.
Desired Settlement: Customer wants all of the funds that were removed to be refunded in the amount of $294.00.
