Complaint: Failure and delay in fixing my a/c & now failure to fix plumbing issue. Manager rude, disrespectful, hangs up, tells me to shut up & accuses me of lying about problem. I have reported coming home to my window being broken, was told that I was lying about it. My a/c was broken for 2wks and was told that it was because I didn't know how to work the themostat when I threatened to call fair housing someone was sent out and the a/c was actually broken. Now I'm having an issue with my plumbing and being told that I'm lying. The neighbor in #2 is the original person that called in the complaint of plumbing, when the plumber came out we spoke and he was well aware that we were having a problem also. Property management stated that they called the other tenants in the other units but I was never contacted, and then told by management that they were not aware that there was a problem in my unit, when I specifically spoke to the plumber that was there on 9/24/2012. There is black water backing up into my bathtub, and an odor is starting to fill the house. When I called property manager ****** she refused to listen to me and told me to shut my mouth and told me she does not believe anything I have to say, then proceeded to hang up on me. It has been 3days that my family has not been able to take a shower.

Desired Settlement: I would like this plumbing problem fixed in a timely manner. I would like to be able to take a shower before the weekend.

Tenant has stopped up her drain.he was under eviction and agreed to sign a legal stipulaton with our Attorney ****** B. *****; she is to move out and turn in her keys on 10-5-12; She has done extensive damages inside the unit; broken out the front picture window; broken the dishwasher and other costly repairs.

BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved
