Complaint: Bill was excessive; extra costs not mentioned; job was incomplete and my problems weren't solved. I got a quote to camera the sewer lines. When the line became inaccessible from the one angle, instead of trying another access to reach the remainder, the plumber just quit and gave me the bill. Not only was the bill excessive, it included extra costs not mentioned (separate camera cost), but they want more more money to finish the job. I also didn't get the pictures he promised that I already paid for.
Desired Settlement: I want a refund because I need to hire a reputible plumber to camera the entire sewer system so I know why I am having so much sewer problems.
