Most orders will ship within 5 - 10 business days. Products in our warehouse will ship during business hours on Monday through Friday (PST). You may email to confirm availability. As soon as you place your order you will get confirmation by email and within 48 hours you will usually receive updates regarding tracking or shipping timing.10% fee applies to ALL order cancellations. Please confirm everything is correct with your order before final submission and then through the email order confirmation.Requests for return must be made in writing within 14 days of purchase and are subject to 25% restock fee from refund, send to Defective product return/refund are subject to the warranty terms of the manufacturer. In some instances might make an exception, within the 14 day request period. All returns require authorization, items received in our warehouse without an RMA number will be returned to sender. Shipping for authorized returns/RMA are at the expense of the purchaser. REPORTED FAULTY ITEMS-Warranty terms vary by Manufacturer and from product to product. Purchasers are responsible for shipping costs of returns under warranty or per terms of the Manufacturer. Purchasers will be directed to contact the manufacturer in most cases for warranty.
