Great experience. Very easy process. Very friendly staff and courteous. Web application to communicate during the process was very good. Definitely will recommend the company to others that are looking to purchase or refinance a home.Review from Greg G

POOR COMMUNICATION & ISSUES WITH INTEREST RATE We utilized Goodleaps offer for 12 months interest free to install Central H/A. We were advised and received emails advising our initial payment was due 5/1/24 to avoid interest fees. Called today [4/15/24], we're being advised the interest [*****%] has already been added on 3/31/24. Having known a different due date, we would have made payment prior to or gone with our own HELOC which has a better interest rate. Why wait 2 week to add ~$2,000 to an already expensive system. Frustrated with being bounced to various individuals to discuss.Review from Brian D

The panel company went bankrupt under a flood of lawsuits that I missed. They are unhelpful on getting subpar panels serviced. They are a nuisance. I've been forced into bankruptcy for massive light bills on top of the solar payments. I've provided my attorney's contact information multiple times, yet they continue to call multiple times a day.
