Problems with Product/Service
Read Complaint Details
Complaint: Scheduled appointments one week prior. No call to confirm appt. I had to call them to find out 2 hours before service that there was no therapist. The day before our services I noticed a missed call, no message from Message Envy. The day of our service I decided to call because I did not hear from them confirming the appointment for a COUPLES message I had made a week prior. Turns out, they did not have a therapist for one of us and decided not to tell me. This was a Christmas Present for us to have a relaxing afternoon which included the message. However that did not happened. Ruined our whole day. Had to cancel the babysitter. I am a member and THIS is how they treat me? I will never go to that location again! If I had not called or shown up they would have charged me. Now I want them to add two hours to my membership for this. They also need to be more aware of what is going on with scheduling and not leave it till the last second. POOR customer service.
Desired Settlement: Two hour message added to my membership.
