            ****** ***** of chase design landscape quoted my job for 50k for a front and back yard remodel. Estimated time for the renovation was 6 weeks. 9 months later the job is still not finished. The bid was to include all materials. Whenever materials were needed for my job ****** would send me tex message saying his bank accounts were overdrawn and he needed me to pay for material needed. In order to keep my job going I agreed to paying materials as needed. This happened several time thought the job. I was going to deduct what I had paid for materials at the end of the job because materials were supposed to be included in the bid. Several things were going wrong in regards to the concrete that was used for the hard scape ( patio sidewalks retaining wall behind my pool. Etc. I asked ****** to only use concrete that had fiber in it to make it stronger and more crack resistant. I found out at the end of the job that he only used concrete with fiber in the last pour that didn’t crack.
