      Viking heating and Air Conditioning was fantastic. Ever other HVAC contractor that First American Home Warranty sent out never took the time to correctly diagnose what was wrong with my unit. They always came up with something else that needed repair and which cost money. I kept telling them its a connectivity issue. Well I was right, **** from Viking took the time and sure enough the control board on the unit was fried. Awesome job! I with I could give him 10 stars!

      If I could give zero stars I would. Their employee came into our house looks at our unit and says Im not helping you I dont have R22. Us not being educated try to ask him why when we contracted their company why he is refusing to help. He said dude I dont have R22 you are going to have to call someone else. He proceeded to scream at me and my husband in front of my child. I asked him to calm down or leave my property. Which he continued to scream at us basically telling us we are stupid and how he wont help us because he doesnt have the correct R22. We had to tell him again to leave our property. I called the company and spoke with ***** who proceeded to make excuses for this guys irate and scary behavior. He then without my permission accessed the back of our house because he forgot his phone however we have him on camera talking on his phone. I would never ever hire this company. Their employees are harrassing and scary. Worst experience of my life.

      **** from Viking was excellent! He was kind and informative. Thanks to him quickly identifying the problem and having quick follow up, my family was able to have a warm Christmas!! Thank you for the great customer service, ****!

      They were able to schedule an appointment in the middle of summer within 3 day of me calling. The tech arrived on time. He was polite and efficient.

      Matt the service tech was very rude and walked off the job. I hadnt received a status notification and he was knocking and ringing the doorbell I was working upstairs and had fans on so when I opened the door I apologized and said I didnt get an arrival status notice. He immediately yelled at me that it wasnt requested and I let him know I didnt know I was supposed to. In my experience service people have always done that (I have a home warranty). I took him to the unit and again apologized and said I go through home warranty and didnt know. He then started yelling at me again and actually made me tear up so I let him know Im trying to apologize (for keeping him waiting while I ran down) and he was being kind of rude. I show him the unit and ask if he can text me when he needs to come inside so I can put the dog out. He then gets mad again and says I dont feel comfortable completing this Im getting someone else and storms off and drives away. This guy was huge and over 6 tall while Im a woman who is 5 and small. I was completely shocked. *** heard good things about Viking but this was the worst experience *** ever had with any service tech.
