On 3/4/24 the amount of $239.40 was taken from my account by ***********. On the following day I called them and spoke with ****** asking what the charge was for and how they got my banking information. ****** said it was for the shamrock club and she didn't know how the account information was acquired. I said I never signed up for this nor gave them my banking information and wanted the amount refunded. They said they would forward it to accounting and I would be getting a call back later that day from a woman named *****. No call ever came. I waited until 3/8/24 then called again and spoke with ****, he stated that he could see on his end that a refund has been issued on the 5th and I would be getting in the next 7-10 days. I waited until 3/19/24 before having my daughter get involved as she is the one who purchased our unit. She contacted them and they told her that they could not give her any info as it was not her account but they tell her they would forward this to accounting and she would get a call back later that day, again no call came. Today 3/20/24 I call and spoke with **** and had him forward me to accounting and I spoke with *****. She stated she didn't have an account under my name with them which I knew and that she needed to check with someone else and would call me back. I am tired of this run around they nearly ******** my account with no warning or notice that it was happening. I would like a check sent certified to me delivered to me because at this point I want nothing to do with them and had my daughter not bought a until from them I would be going elsewhere as this is not the first issue I have has with them.
