This is in reference to recent purchase of a vanity WH5136-BR purchase order **** online from Legion Furniture website. The top is a "natural moon stone" surface. Immediately upon having it installed, anything that would touch the surface would permanently stain the stone. A glass of water, liquid soap dispenser etc., would leave white etch marks/ring marks that can not be removed. I called a stone cleaning company and they questioned if this was a natural store or engineered stone. Anything that contained calcium or an acid that came in contact with the surface stains it. I called Legion and was advised to send email with photos which I did and ultimately was told to purchase an etch cleaner and then had the stone granite company attempt to clean with an etch cleaner which did nothing. I advised Legion of this and was then asked to email 3-4 different parties which I did. I then received an email from "********" to use a limestone cleaner and once told etch cleaner didn't work, then received another email from another person We have 3 recommended cleaning options for you. 1. Go to homedepot and buy a dirty mark ******* and try it.2. If 1st option does not work, please see attachment for the Ajax cleaner. 3. If the 1st and 2nd option does not work please buy the dirty oil ******* for car to see if it will work Please try all these options first because it should work. Thank you,******************* ***************************************************************************************************** After advising this is not working and who would clean a surface with these above, dirty oil ******* for a car. Come on. They then advised the counter does not come sealed and should be. There is no where on the website that states this except professional install recommended. They then advised could get a replacement but would need to pay $404 in shipping. This is a product issue and I'm not paying $404 for shipping when i already paid $1400+. Nothing works. It's a product issue. Legion has now failed to respond.
