This is my second time working with Lawton. The first time worked with ******************* from Lawton on the repairs of my home. I had works with another contractor that tried to cut corners and the county inspection would not pass. **** took over the project and dialed everything in. The inspection passed without issues and the project was complete! I hired Lawton again for a bursted pipe from a bathtub.The employees that showed up were very pleasant, dried out the area, replaced the pipe, and repaired the drywall. The work was very clean and relaxed as if it never happened. Thank you Lawton, great team and awesome customer service

Lawton went out of their way to ensure that I was informed while I was dealing with a water leak within my laundry room. The leak went through my walls downstairs and each of the walls in my downstairs dining room had to be removed. The crew that was sent was very timely and the project coordinators were very informative every step of the way to get the water dried and then the walls and above flooring repaired. Would definitely recommend to anyone to use again.

Could not recommend Lawton Construction hired through *** Home Insurance. For a major rebuild, due to a water leak, that included two floors of my house, there was no project plan, no dates, and a detailed estimate that was wrong and had to be revised several time. Why? Because the ** didn't listen and write anything down. Rebuild drawn out, days gone by with no work, and I would say the poorest communication between me and the **. Work is done by a series of "subcontractors" to Lawton and there appears to be no control or communication between them. When the drywall was completed and mudded, the next sub was the painter, who said the drywall was done so poorly that he had to spend an extra day fixing the shoddy workmanship. Kitchen cabinets and countertop delayed for no apparent reason and only after complaining to the ** did the cabinets get installed but no countertop. No date for the countertop installation. BTW, the counter was nothing special and comes from **********.Bathroom shower tile completed, but no schedule to put in the flooring, cabinet, and toilet. Will strongly recommend to *** that Lawton Construction be taken off their list of recommended vendors.
