Complaint: I placed a $ 14.34 online order ( *****************) for a power bank & cable with Everbuying.com on 6/8/2014 and I have NEVER received the merchandise. They charged my credit card. I tried contacting Everbuying.com on their website on 6/19/2014 and "Avery" from the website replied that: "I have checked the stock availability and Im extremely pleased to inform you that the items you have ordered are in stock and are now ready for shipping" (ticket ************). Now, nearly an additional month later, the website still indicates: order ***************** is "Processing". I have NEVER received the merchandise.

Desired Settlement: Ship the merchandise for online order ( *****************) for a power bank & cable (ticket ************)

I challenge whether Everbuying will EVER ship the merchandise.  IF Everbuying WAS out of stock on one item, then why not go ahead and ship my other item on 6/8.  IF Everbuying WAS out of stock on both items, then why charge my credit card immediately on 6/8/2014.

Complaint: i ordered an mp3 player from them and it was never delivered. i asked for a refund and they told me to wait a certain amount of time and then if it still wasnt here they would gladly refund my money. the item never showed up after said amount of time and they are now telling me i need to wait even longer. they shipped it via usps and according to the usps the item was never in their hands.

Complaint: I purchased a projector on April 09 and its been a month and a half and I haven't received it yet. I messaged them a couple of times asking when they're going to ship it. Their first response was that it had to go through inspection. So therefore it causes a delay. They asked me to wait a few more days so I did. A week or so has passed and still my item says processing. I message them again and their response was well its labor day weekend so we can't ship it out. I'm already frustrated because all I get are excuses. I messaged them again and I get no response. My item says shipped out but I cannot track it or anything. Its getting ridiculous. I looked up the bbb report and it seems like almost every customer had a problem with the delivery. I bought a projector for my new business and have been running my business without it. Send my item asap and it better work. Otherwise give me my money back. I'll never purchase from this website ever again.

I called the contact number given, its inva foreign language and it took me three times just to get through. Not able to get anyone on the live chat, always off line. Complaint: I ordered a MP5 Player for my Autistic sons music therapy on 4-26-2013,PayPal put the payment through to my bank on 4-28-2013. I check the order on their site and it stated the MP5 was mailed out on 4-28-2013. As of 5-5-2013 I had not received it so tried to register a complain on their online support ,sent back a "form" letter answer saying I could make request again for tracking. Then I got their business phone number which was answered by an answering machine with a foreign woman saying something I couldn't even understand! On 5-8-2013 I again emailed the online support ,asking where the player was and about their"phone number", today 5-9-2013 I received another "form" email back but this time it said because it was a flat rate mailing ( which they told me it was FREE SHIPPING) it would possibly arrive in 35-45 days!!! So now I am going to contact Paypal to find out why they would represent such a company as this. Plus the BBB has listed that their address in Ca isn't there but actually comes from China. This should not be allowed! And now I will have to find another Player for my son's music therapy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Maybe if enough of us complain we can prevent this from happening to others. ** *****

Wrong!!  I really don't think I should have 45 days (before it was 35-45 days) to have to wait for my son's MP5 player!! This company is not what it represents to the buyer. I would like my money back WITHOUT having to go through their hoops and ladders to get it. Besides according to other reviews in the BBB ,the product is cheap,broken and not worth buying at all. In fact the note back from mentions products may be damaged because of their shipping method-tells me right there what to expect when I ever may get it.  Just give me the price I paid back regardless if they say I DID NOT opt for a tracking number when they did not provide one to start with in the first place. Complaint: I placed order on the 27th of November. Per their shipping standards the shipment is late. Mediation with the company have gone nowhere. The order was placed on November 27 and have still not received my merchandise. I contacted the seller and what I did receive was cryptic at best. The shipping confirmation provided is false. The shipping confirmation provided has a shipped date of May! I was not given a viable time frame however they implied the package will arrive after Christmas, which is the day I need the products for! This will also pass my protection under PayPal, all are unacceptable. The purchase was made in a timely enough fashion to receive it in time for the holiday; this is not what I will be getting. Even if a refund is issued there is little chance I will have enough time to make a similar purchase and receive the items in time. I simply want what I paid for before Christmas! If this means they pay for expedited shipping so be it. This is their foul and it needs to be corrected!! Interestingly everbuying is only providing this argument with one tracking number, which only worked after my complaint, was filed. The other number does not exist. I still do not have the order in its entirety, when I should have received it and most certainly do not have it for Christmas. This passes my PayPal protection and is still unacceptable. A coupon worth nothing does not and will not correct this issue.

The second shipment was rejected, as stated before I am no longer interested in any further transactions with the company from here. In regards to the broken tablet; it was most likely damaged due to the poor quality in which it was shipped however the overwhelming overall low quality could also very likely assisted.

I had made the purchase based on the reviews, however as my own personal review was taken down I can also see that the purchase was made based on the lack of full knowledge regarding the device and deceptive measures on the sellers part in pulling negative reviews.

 I find it ridiculous that I as a consumer am expected to pay $35 in shipping to send back inferior product which was originally shipped in such poor of a fashion.  At this point in time I am willing to take some responsibility in doing business with a company I knew nothing about however my role is minimal at best. I will settle this dispute if the seller Everbuying.com will refund me the amount of $165.00. As for sending the tablet back I should not have to pay for shipping of a product which does not work due to the company’s own poor shipping practices which were not provided as described on their website. http://www.everbuying.com/product430203.html

The order was placed and paid for on 11/11/2013 with expidited shipping to be delivered in 3-5 days. today is the 24th of november and the items are still showing processing on the website. Ive contacted the company on several ocassions by email and by online chat, Ive been assured three times that they will be shipped the very next day. According to the representative one item was not available at the time thats why there was a delay. It is now available so it will be shipped this was on 11/19/2013. I've sent several emails since but no response. I went online to start a chat no one picked up. I am very frustrated as I've asked to get a refund or the goods delivered but no one has bothered to answer. The items were for two birthdays one on 11/16/2013 (my mom) which has passed and gone and one on 11/24/2013 for my friend (today). Please help me.

As I have stated so many times I lost count, I did sent the unit back and provided tracking information using United States Postal Service tracking. I followed the directions you sent me to the letter and it is not my fault if the device got lost whether in the mail or at the destination address. If I wanted a refund of the money I paid it would be the $36 bucks I paid for the device I sent back. But what I really wanted was the fixed device. This is what I have been dealing with for 1 YEAR as of 11/4. No one should have to deal with this for a $36 device. This has cost me more than that in time and shipping costs.

Today, November 26th I got an email from the company which stated "50% off everything". There are no limitations or exclusions listed. I went and put all of the items I wanted in my cart and proceeded to check out. The total was not the correct price (50% off) so I contacted their live chat people. They told me that only certain items where 50% off and that I could only pick those items. I feel as if I have been cheated because I was never given the promised price. I have a copy of the email and the chat with the representative as evidence of the deceit.

I ordered a mobile external battery charger for my iPhone from this company on 11/25/12 with my PayPal account and I have not received my product yet and the website "claims" that shipping will only take 6-14 business days. I never received any notice of why my product never made it to me, nor did I get an apology. I asked if I could get my product before 12/10/12 because I was going on a trip and that request was ignored.

Complaint: I ordered a few products from this company. Never received product. Customer Service locked me out of my account after complaint. I ordered products from this company. They said it would take 15-30 days to receive the merchandise. It has been more than 30 days. I tried to contact customer service through phone. I rang a long time then gave me a voicemail. Sounded like a personal voicemail. So I left a message which went unanswered. I corresponded through message on the website with *****. I have copies of correspondence. She told me to check my post office or wait 30 more days. I told her there should be no reason for me to check post office. My invoice said it would come FedEx. I told her I would like to be refunded and if the package came I would refuse it and put return to sender. She said no check the post office. I called the post office. No package for my name or address was there. I told her this and that I felt I was being scammed. She could either refund my money or I would contact the BBB and issue a chargeback with my credit card company. Then they shut down my account. Like I said I was smart enough to make copies of the correspondence. Now I look online and see where they have been scamming a lot of people. They need to be shut down.

Desired Settlement: I want a refund from the company, but I will try to do it in form of a chargeback with my credit card company first. I just want most of all for others to be aware of this being a scam website. I was naive. I thought that because they were associated with PayPal it would be a good site. I made good on my end and I expected this company to ship the items as promised. After sending a copy of my driver's license and credit card, I am told that the items are not in stock and won't be in stock for a very long time. Complaint: Phone does not perform and can not get a response from china on the phone or emails Phone has so little memory that it will not function, installed a SD card and moved all that would move and as soon as it updates it internal programs it is out of memory and will not let me do anything until I delete all the stuff i can including the updates it did. I installed the fallowing and move all that i could to the SD card and still had the problem: 1 game, face book, McAfee internet protection, my email, gmail and after deleting all that stuff it would not make calls any more. It was looking for the address book and could not find it but it is on the Sim card.

Desired Settlement: I like the phone, if they can replace it with on that has real internal memory (it only has 83.77MB to use with nothing in the phone) I will be happy. If they can not do this a full refund of coast and shipping.

Complaint: Purchased Cell phone that was defective. Contacted company and was offered an upgrade. Paid never received. I purchased a Cell phone from this site that stopped working after about 2 weeks. Although they advertise a 90 day warranty, just try and get help from them. I was told I could upgrade to another phone by sending 60 dollars which I unfortunately did. I am now being told all the phones I pick are out of stock and I should wait. I made the mistake of waiting to file a claim with PayPal after the first phone become defective and will not make that mistake again. Although their prices are very good I would never buy anything from this company you are not willing to just throw away if it doesn't work (asking them for after purchase support is useless) One more thing if you ever see positive reviews know that they offer payments in the form of discount for positive ones.

I contacted the company after the first 30 days of not receiving my order. They said I needed to wait 15-30 more days. I contacted them again in another 30 days (so 60 total after my order was placed) and the company representative then told me that they would send my order if I made another payment.

Complaint: I orderd from this company, waited 3 months and when my package still never arrived asked for refund. Was denied refund and never received my package. "Let me start off by saying that this companies customer service is a JOKE. I ordered items the 1st week of January 2013. I waited and waited for two months before contacting customer service stating I had not received my items I ordered. They apologized and informed me to wait another month then contact them back. After waiting another month, I contacted them and they just told me that they sent the package out and to check with my local post office, which I had already done. After demanding my money back they informed me that they would not return it because I didnt get insurance on my packages. I informed her that I had tracking that would not track. When I recieved the product, which was a tablet it had multiple things wrong with it. We contacted them to get an agreemenent for a return or exchange, they agreed to an exchange. We shipped it to them about two months ago and purchased the extra tracking from the U.S. post office to make sure they recieved it. Complaint: Received a damaged Phone and Company refuse to issue a refund, unless I send the item back at my own expense. I purchased an Android phone from EverBuying.com and paid through PayPal. Although their site said that it will ship within 24 hours, it took over 24 days to reach here. I was excited to see the phone. After I put the battery and SIM card, I kept the phone to charge the battery. Finally when I turned on the phone, I was horrified seeing those broken display across the phone with an android sign. Then I realized that the battery also didn't charge after 8 hours and I had to keep the phone plugged in to turn it on. When I contacted EB and asked for a refund, they first asked me to send a few PHOTOS. After I did that, here is their response: By Customer Service 27/04/XXXX XX:57:59 AM DEAR ----- Thank you for notifying us of the issue,sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.I can offer you the shipping address to send it back for refund but we cannot afford the postage for you to do it.If you have no problem of this i will send you the information. Best regard " In order to get an RMA, I have to agree that they cannot AFFORD the postage. Now I have to send this thing all the way to china and perhaps there will be additional charge to get me the refund. I am not even sure, after incurring all the expenses, there will be anything left.

Complaint: Placed order with them 2 weeks ago and have not received my order, but they collected my money I made a purchase on their website back on 3/14/13 and got the customary emails saying that they received my order. Beyond that I haven't gotten anywhere. I've checked back several times to track my order but the last date of activity was 3/21/13 and it only stated that it was in the US with a status of "Departure from outward office of exchange". I've tried emailing them but no response. I just tried calling them at the number they have listed (XXX-XXX-XXXX) but no one picked up and the voicemail was hardly audible because of a thick accent but I understood "we are out on holiday until Feb. 15". Just the fact that when I tried to call someone to ask them about this issue, no one answered and the voicemail message was clearly outdated as if no one even checks for voicemails. I just checked the tracking on the order and it has even less information than before. All it says is "in transit". There are no arrival time stamps as are with any other parcel service as to when it arrives at depot and leaves out. I have completely lost faith in this "company" and will never do business with them again. They have taken my money along with countless other people who have given poor reviews to this merchant. I refuse to believe that it takes a month to ship 2 generic power cords for an iPhone and if that's the best you can do, set an expectation stating that it will take forever for you to ship out a product or get out of the business altogether. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service I've been provided and will never support or do business with this merchant again nor will I suggest or recommend anyone use them in the future. I would like a full refund of my purchase. I have gone almost an entire month without receiving my merchandise and have since taken my business elsewhere to meet my consumer needs. Even if the order is indeed in transit and eventually arrives, I no longer need it and will gladly ship it back if all my shipping costs will be covered to ship it back (pre-paid shipping label via FedEx, UPS, or USPS). I have not received my package so I decided to leave a message concerning the whereabouts of my package. I was told by someone named ***** that my package was shipped off on January 7th and that I should be expecting it in 15 to 35 days. I thought that was ridiculous but I decided to wait until the 15 days have passed. When 15 days passed I sent them another email asking for a full refund of my money. Someone emails me back and asks me to be patient. I've lost my patience long ago and sent another message demanding I get my money back. Now days, I cannot think of one item that takes 45 days for delivery when the product is in stock. Everbuying is either a scam, not honest or an extremely inefficient business. Who would buy a $10 stocked product with a 45 day delivery? It not received when my credit card payment is due, I will file a complaint with the credit card company for not delivery.

I have now wait over twenty days for the refund. Everbuying has offered to pay me $5 - $40 dollar refund. Telling me I have to pay for return shipping. There is nothing in their return policy that says anything about a return fee. They have the product and now they want the money also thats not fair.

Desired Settlement: I want the total refund of $56.13. I paid for express shipping (3-5days) and it arrived 57 days after I placed my order. This is not express shipping. They told me they were having a Chinese Holiday from Aug.28 - Sept.3 but they told another customer Aug.28 - Sept.9 which is it. they continue to tell lies and you can't trust companies like these.

On 10/20/12, I received an email back stating that the item is not in stock. Out of curiosity I went back on their website to the item I ordered and it still says it is "in stock". I believe this is false advertising. 10 days went by and my order said "processing" every day, then I send an email and all of a sudden they are out of stock. The item I ordered was a Halloween costume for my 11 year old child, and as you can imagine, he is very heartbroken. There are only 11 days until Halloween, and he now has to find another costume after his heart was already set on this one!

Complaint: Everbuying.com doesn't want to give me a full refund on a defective/ not the item described when purchased item. I purchased a Google Android tablet on June 13, 2012. The order number is *****************.The model number is VIA 8650 W8001..Sku #*********. The amount paid was 69.99 plus 6.37 shipping. The total was 76.36 and was paid by credit card. The customer service rep has been *****. When the item arrived after letting it charge for 8 plus hours it would not stay connected to the Internet more than 15 minutes at a time. I also had a laptop next to it that stayed connected to the wifi. This tablet freezes in between screens. The screens takes long pauses as they try to move. The Android Market on this tablet was NOT an Android Market. I couldn't find the most common apps...a bible, facebook, yahoo. It's top apps were kid's games. This was not a google android tablet. I COULDN'T FIND A SINGLE GOOGLE APPLICATION. Each search returned not found. I spent hours re connecting to WiFi and trying to use the Android Market. I requested at refund and at first was told to re-set the tablet or recharge it. Then I was asked to take it in to a local repair shop and they (Everbuying) will compensate me $12 or I could send it back the they MAY refund $48. I again requested to full refund for the defective/not as described product. Everbuying then offered to refund AT MOST $55. They said, they paid for shipping, but they offered free shipping on this item and I paid for expidited shipping cost. This product was not the product described and was defective. I also had to pay to have the item shipped back to Everbuying. I've paid for shipping to me and back to them, and they only want to refund part of my money. This two amounts they have given me are lower than their 15% restocking fee. Although, I should have to pay a restocking fee on a defective/ not as described product.
