              PBCM ************** has been harassing my work daily and has been harassing family members after late hours at night. This is not legal. When I try to call back it's a fax machine sounds. Noone is willing to assist from this number, however they still be harassing my work and family members. This needs to stop.

              This student loan company is by far the worst that I have EVER seen!! Its like theyre holding me back from trying to get my student loans out of default. I have been trying to get my loans out of default for almost a year and they keep telling me to upload my documents through one span I upload my documents and they say that they never received them!! Then when I ask for a call back they inform me that they can only call me twice due to the cares act and they call me when ** at work and cant answer the phone!!! I have a ********* that needs special medical equipment and I cant get approval for anything because of these ppl. This is awful and no one should be treated this way!!!!
