Complaint: fraud issue between river city bank and ***********. over 1000 dollers has been stolen from my checking account. I am currently dealing with a fraud issue between river city bank in Sacramento and *********** bank. i have a checking and saving account with river city bank, i have no accounts or reason to deal with *********** who i will also be filing a complaint against. over the last few weeks a total of 1031.31 dollers has been taken out of my checking account not counting overdraft charges and it has all gone to ***********. this is blatent fraud or identity theft, i have never done any business with ***********. the charge include: 8/27/XX XXX.03 mobile payment 8/27/XX XXX.28 online pm payment 9/17/XX XXX.00 online pm payment 9/18/XX XXX.00 online pm payment when i speak with *********** they tell me there is nothing they can do and this needs to be investigated by the bank but when i speak with my bank they tell me this needs to be investigated by *********** and there is nothing they can do to help me either. i feel like both companies are trying to leave me in limbo rather then right the situation. everytime i speak with either company they say i need to deal with the other company and stay calm. ive stayed calm and tried to deal with this but there seems to be nothing i can do to get my hard earned money back that was stolen out of my bank account wich i find hard to believe

Desired Settlement: i want all overdraft fees reversed and the money that was stolen reinversed and the person/persons held accountable for there actions wich i would assume shouldnt be hard considering they used a cell phone and computer to do these transactions so there should be a phone number and ip address information for them to track this person down and assure that they cant put anyone else in finacial hardship and have there hard earned money stolen straight out of there bank account like what happened to me.

There was one debit that should have been returned by X-XX-XX and since he came into Howe Ave on the 19th and spoke to **** it was decided that he did make us aware of the issue within his time limit. We also waived applicable NSF fees. We transferred the total of $2,160.01 to his new account XXXXXXXXX and left Mr. ****** a message.

BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved
