Complaint: I purchased 4 new tires and they were not installed properly, so one of them almost came off. There were only 2 of the 5 lug nuts left on the rim when I got to the store, and someone told me about it. I called them and they simply came and brought me new lugs. They could have killed me, and the only thing they offered me was an oil change. I had a recent oil change already.
Desired Settlement: I would like a partial refund, since I received partial service that could have put me in an accident.
Business Response: Business' Initial Response My name is ****** ****** and I am the owner of Gill Tires and I have received a complaint from my customer. The case number is as the following: XXXXXXXX. My response to this is that I am sorry to hear about what happened. That day I was not at work and I am not sure what happened to the customer ****** , ****** car. My technician's story and her story are both different. I still take 100% responsibility to what happened, and I wish to keep my costumers satisfied. I accept the consumer's desired resolution on the partial refund. Reply to me where I can send the check for the refund. I will be more happy that if the customer can come to my business, we refund 100% of the money and a free oil change when next needed.
