Took vehicle in for a radiator leak and repair, had them do a due oil change as well. Brought car home and noticed oil leaking, a very slow drip. Called *** to ask if he could check the bolts and make sure they were tightened or possibly old and thus leaking as they just did the oil change. He was very defensive and condescending. He kept insisting the leak must have started on the way home. Then he questioned if I knew the difference between that an coolant. He kept asking if I was sure. Of course I know the difference. He then told me he didnt have time and I could tow it back because it would only take 10 minutes...however he didnt have that time. He gave me two open days I could come by which are my work days and I could not get a substitute teacher to cover me. I then let him know and asked again if I could just have it towed since I have free towing. He seemed to think that was ridiculous for a 10 min appointment. I could not get him to look at it. I called weeks later once I finally hired a substitute teacher and left him a voicemail as well as sent an email at a later date, nobody responded to either. I spent $1,200 for the service and still have a leak. He has not allowed me to come and get it fixed. I believe it was a simple s**** loose or maybe corroded, either way, he insisted it must be an oil leak that started on my 10 minute drive home from his shop right after my oil was serviced. I would like them to look into the oil leak free of charge as it is likely their oversight of loose screws or corroded screws.
