I used ****** Vera's Auto Detailing. In Dec. 2022 and April 2023 at the time of doing the detail of my 40ft Motorcoach and 27ft trailer (both FRP sides) it was beautiful as you can see in the photos in the summer of 2022. I paid ********************* for the service of Detailing the exterior and applying Ceramic Coating(10 yr warranty) my 40ft ** and my 27ft trailer. His cost was $100 a foot and my combined length is **** ft. I paid him $6880.00 on my Credit card. I have many before and after pictures and pictures of what my ** looks like today looks like today. There are swirls all throughout the exterior walls of my ** and trailer and it is all due to the workmanship of **********************The problem started the first time I washed it using only water-only in May 3rd 2023. Since then it has only become worse. I have only used water, no acid or soap, or anything besides water. From April 3rd 2023 to this day nothing has touched my ** other than water only. I reached out to ********************* in May 3rd to inform him of the problem with out a response. I also reached out to him again on June 9th 2023 with no resolution. I contacted him on his ******** page and I was immediately Blocked and could no longer see or contact him through ********. The last time I called him on September 14th 2023 he said that he was going to look at the ** so I sent him picture via text messaging them too him and he has not responded to or contacted me back like he said he was. I did a screen shot of the first and only time I questioned him with photos of the problems when he blocked **** am at a loss on why my once beautiful Motor Coach now looks the way it does after paying $6830.00 to **********************Can you please help me?
