They knew the car was not in working condition when they sold it to me. I put $2000.00 down, They have the car and now they want me to pay an extra $2400.00 for repairs, and another $3000.00 for the memory panel. Total cost of the car is $15,000.00. I' Just want my down payment back. It was a trade in so they paid off my car $4500.00 So now I will be left without a car and loose my money.

Desired Settlement: I need them either to let me keep my old car or fix all the issues in the new car

Complaint: In 4-12 i bought a 2006 Chevy Impala that use to be a police car. After a month we discovered the horn did not work. They agreed to fix it. We got a loan from Golden one with 10% interest and paid $10,000. When the hor didnt work we took it back and they agreede to fix it. The dealer is ***** and the mechanic is *****. When they couldnt fix it they sent us to Woodland motors where we were dealing with *******. They didn't allow him to do the proper diognostic and told him to put in a part they bought. It did not fix the problem. Now thye say the part is to expensive. I understand buyer be ware but I just spent $3264.83 on a new transmission and a motor mount. It is just frustrating that they can get away wioth selling a car for so much and then it falls apart in 8 months

Desired Settlement: I would really like them to replace the car with one that is working. but I have already spent my entire savings on this car. I didn't buy yhe warranty. Maybe they could fix the horn and reimberse me for the transmission. Its only a 2006. My 1999 still has a transmission. My daughter dri ves this car every day to and from collage and work.
