      We bought a vehicle 11 months ago from **** auto and I have been dealing with issues getting it register** and paperwork.We bought the vehicle in February and it's now December and we have yet to get stickers and registration since August and it was only temporary til August. We have reach** out to ********* many of times have text message to show and still nothing we went to pay our car payment like we do every month since getting this vehicle and we were told by the finance company our loan was dropp**!! Do to no inadequate information for almost a year now the loan company said they were done and didn't recommend talking to ********* because they have been getting the run around they had enough and dropp** us after several days of them trying to reach **** auto! It's not ok to be told this by our loan company and wasn't inform** by **** auto that this was even an issue! We then reach** out and ********* had an attitude with me and then said ** was going to call and never did then the next day we call** and she said he was going to call in the afternoon still nothing then at 7:20pm he calls and has a major attitude and was trying to blame it on *** taking no responsibility for their actions as a business owner and we said how can you sell a vehicle when there has been nothing but issues with *** and he says what do you want me to do the vehicle runs good!!! I don't care about the loan companies! It may take a few more months to get the *** figur** out! I can't believe he said only that! It's been 11 month already.Meanwhile I have stickers on my car from August! We are coming into ****! With a car I can't drive because it's not register**!And not insur** now because the loan was dropp**! I am beyond upset! This is nothing I would have ever imagin** from a company we ask** for him to make it right and he had nothing other than he would find another loan company but might take several months that's not ok! I am done with this business and want legal action!

      we purchased a 2011 Lexus CT200h from your dealership on Monday, June 26th, 2023. Since then we drove it for a few days (about 240 miles) that week, and on Saturday morning, July 1st, the check engine light turned on, so we stopped driving the car. On Monday, July 3rd, we brought the car to our local auto mechanic to do a full inspection of the vehicle. The attached documents of the findings show that there is severe engine damage. It appears there was either a failure to the head gasket or a cracked cylinder head because it failed the block test quickly. The coolant level shows that it has been leaking for a while I understand that we bought the vehicle "As Is", but you represented to us that a proper inspection was performed on the vehicle. I asked about a return policy and it was discussed that it was $250 and a restocking fee. We declined this because you discouraged us from it and represented to us that you do "thorough inspections" and that you only sell "quality vehicles in good working conditions, unlike other dealerships in the area." This was also the reason you gave on why you would not bargain the price when the car was already overvalued.With the findings from the mechanic, we disagree that the vehicle was in good running condition at the time of the sale.We ask that in good faith, you will take the car back and issue a full refund. If this is not acceptable, we ask that **** Auto Sale makes the necessary repairs to ensure that the vehicle is in good running condition. Both were denied as they said they did not sale it to us broken, but it is very unlikely that this could have happened in such a short time span.

      Place looks clean and cars do look good, but in reality theyre not what they look like!!! I bought a 2016 **** Focus with 106k miles, it lasted running good for only 3 weeks and then transmission started slipping; good thing is I bought the extended warranty now I have the car at a shop hoping that the problem is coveredIt shouldnt be like this for any body. If they want good reviews this dealer should stand up for what theyre selling no matter what. Spent $9,000 plus warranty!!! Really?? Only 3 weeks. Unbelievable

      I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with your vehicle. We do everything we can to ensure the vehicles are in good running condition prior to sale. However, they are used cars and we can't predict what may happen in the future. The transmission was not an issue when you test drove the car or for the first few weeks of ownership and I hate to hear it was an issue for you so soon after purchase. I am glad you chose to purchase the warranty. They are a reputable company that I expect to take good care of you in managing your transmission repair.
