Complaint: Consumer states that she bought a vehicle from the company on June 29th and they committed fraud. They sold it to me knowing it was broken. After two weeks, she couldn't get the vehicle started. She contacted the company and they told her to bring it in. They supposedly had it fixed and now it has broken down again. She had to call a tow truck to have it towed back to the dealership. They are stating that she had been hot rodding around and she blew the engine and transmission. She states this is not the case, they sold the vehicle to her with the problems already pre-existing.

Desired Settlement: Consumer states that she wants them to refund her money and take the vehicle back.

The vehicle was sold to the customer as is. Although the Dealership is not obligated to do anything to the vehicle we called ****** and asked her to come in so that maybe we can help her, she said she would come in and she never did.

Consumer's Final Response
this is in regards to the complaint i just received in the mail.i have been out of town and wanted to respond to this matter.the buisness owner did not offer me to help fix the vehicle..he offered me $300.00to fix the vehicle and ****** also told me to keep it a secret from his big boss.i declined the money and am now moving forward with court proceedings..i wish to please have this case reopened to the fact that this buisness does not do buisness well..

the vehicle was sold as is, and all customers have the right to have the vehicle inspected on or off the lot before the purchase. although it was sold as is we helped the customer which we did not have to. we also offed more help to the customer but she did not reply or come into the dealership.
