Problems with Product/Service

Complaint: Warren's Heating & Air (Lic. # 691278) R&R A blower motor and Thermostat after repairs were done, he never made shure the cooling part of system operated at the thermostat. When I switched system to cooL. A/c does not shut off. I called company and asked them to come back and find out why it dont shut off when reaches set temperature. They said they might charge me a service call charge($85.00). I feel I should not get charged regardless. I feel they do this to get money. The system worked( shut down when reached temp. set) before the thermostat was changed out.
Desired Settlement: Come back with out charging a service fee and replace thermostat that matches system. So it shuts off when reaching temp set.
Warren's was called out for a heating problem back in December of 2013, upon arrival we found a bad blower motor, run capacitor and thermostat, with the approval of the home owner the repairs were made and the unit was up and running. Warren's did make a note on the work order that read other problems could occur system is very old. Warren's is willing to go back out at no charge to diagnose the complaint with the understanding if the problem has nothing to do with our last service call he will be charged after approval for any other repairs that may be required.
BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved
