Keiths towing is all about making money then helping its neighbors!!! When my truck spun out on the I-5 they where on willing to help tow my truck off the freeway when I turned them away after finding out that a highway patrol call cost 300 dollars an hour, at an hour minimum. I was able to call my brother who left work to use his AAA to tow my truck. After waiting an hour we called to find out when Keiths towing would be showing back up... at first they told us that their not coming back out since we turned them away when I couldn't / was unable to pay the 300 dollars for a tow !!! Then ,we where told by AAA that they would not take are call!! Keiths towing thought was appropriate to leave people scared and in a dangerous situation while they decided what they wanted to tell customers that where un able to pay an anormous amount of money.. AAA found us another provider to come help us, but they would be coming from ******. Which meant waiting another 45 to 60 minutes. Once Extreme Performance arrived to help us they where very understanding, polite, and friendly!! When I called to find out why Keiths towing where un willing to help us.. why they where willing to leave me, my dog, my brother, and my truck , facing the wrong direction on the freeway for 3 and half hours they said that I was verbally assaulting them.. and hung up on me!! I would like to mention that the highway patrol officers who showed up at the scene where very comforting and helpful in a very scary experience. Its heart breaking the lack of common customer courtesy that ******************************************* was un willing to show drivers that aren't able to pay the high cost they expect!! One more thing , *** the assistant manager should not be in a position where he is responsible for customer service.. he did nothing to ease the situation, nor find a solution that would be helpful to all in an extreme scary experience!!!
